My life is now truly in the melting pot stage where all of my experiences, new and old, physical and mental, analytical and intuitive, mundane and spiritual, are coming together in a savory stew melding me into a mindful whole. I must practice daily to maintain my mindfulness and that practice is joyful but none the less, difficult to maintain in our “faster is better” culture. Art is the medium in which I am working to fine tune my life - drawing nearer to being fully present in a meaningful and purposeful lifestyle – one that is as melded as I hope to become.
