Louise Schiele is a fiber artist who has a passion for color, texture, surface design and the process to the end product. She feels she has come full circle from her beginnings in traditional quilt making, then falling into wearable art and now creating one of a kind fiber collage pictures that hang on your wall instead of cover a bed. Louise enjoys using her digital camera to capture images that she later uses in her work, as well as using uncommon materials not traditionally used in the quilt making process. Recently retired and working full time in her home studio, Louise is creating her form of art for herself and others to enjoy.
